主要特性:体型较大,背腰平直或稍拱起,体躯较长,四肢高而直立,尾根粗而擢升位置较高,头型分"狮头型"和"马脸型",前者头面短而微凹,后者头面长直,前者体质更粗大,耳大下垂,成年猪大腿内侧皮肤有较深的皱裙,被毛全黑。成熟较晚,成年体重:公猪l58千克,母猪139千克。产仔数:初产lO-11头,三胎以上14-15头。肥育期日增重335克,屠宰率67%,膘厚3.2厘米。

Population size:Approximately more than 20,000 in 1980.
Major characteristics:The breed has large body conformation.It is classified into "lion head“and "horse face”types.The head and face of the former are shorter than the latter ones.The former has plump and large constitution,the ears 1argeand drooping,the back flat and staight or lightly arched,the body long,the legs long,suaight pastern,and the tail up setting.There are deep rumples in the inside of the ham for the adult pig.The coat color of the breed is black.The breed reach to sex maturity late.Average weight of male adults is 157.5kg and females 138.9kg.The litter size is 10.6piglets in the first litter,and 14.2piglets in third and up-third parity.The daily gain in the fattening period is about 335g.The average dressing percentage is 66.9%.The backfat thickness is 3.2cm.
